    Hoping somone may be able to help me with this one. I have a site which has installed 3 Homeminders across about 7 floors and need to re-program some input units but cannot communicate with the Homeminder through the RS 232 port. I am using the C-Bus toolkit 1.4.0 (build 212) and cannot scan the network to find anything at all. I am sure that my comms port settings are correct and I have been successful connecting using the same format/settings at home on my test bench using a PC interface (5500 PC) and other input and outpus devices. Any ideas guys??

    Thanks;
    Scott.

    If you are trying to connect THROUGH the HomeMinder, using Toolkit, then the bad news is that this is not possible. You will need to use a cbus PCI to connect Toolkit to cbus.
