homesafe setting problem! pls help

    can we set the "home mode" or " always mode" ?
    (during home mode all sensor function, internal PIR not function & during always mode all sensor and internal PIR function)
    how ?:confused:please help me :)

    You will need to provide some more information if expect somebody to be able to help you with your problem.

    It's like contacting Microsoft and saying "my Windows doesn't work".

    You could always try contacting your local tech support.

    Paul,
    The settings you speak of are installer defined - the home and away (monitor on homesafe) zones are configured in the installers section of the programmming. Did you install the system, or are you the end user??If you installed the system, you can set up which zones are which by putting the system in installer mode, and going to the appropriate memory locations (instant, entry delay, entry delay 2, handover, and monitor) and assigning the relevent zones to the relevent memory locations. It is important to get this part right, as this determines whether or not your security system will do the job it was designed for - keeping the bad buggers out!!
    Once you have assigned each zone to the appropriate locations you are all set up and ready to go.
    The memory locations and descriptions of the zone types can be found in the installers manual. AS PSC suggests, if all else fails contact CIS tech support.
