Homgate V2.6 doesnt recognise previous install

    Im trying to install V2.6 on my PC. I have full versionV2.0 installed, but the setup program keeps saying no existing copy found ?

    Where am i going wrong, Homegate is in its default location \CLISPAL\Homegate, so it cant be that...

    Any suggestions appreciated.

    Try re-installing Schedule Plus V2 (in the same directory should be OK), then try the upgrade. Maybe a registry path has become damaged.
