How can I reset Wiser (WHC_5918A)???

    Hello
    I have installed an WHC 5918A (Wiser Home control) saccefully. Was working for a week and now I cannot have access to it. I try from computer and a banner tell me that is at "trsparrent mode".... Anyone know how I can reset it to factory settings? there is no "reset button"
