Now that im getting into the set up stage of the c-bus the missus has asked me if it is possible to have night or away switches. where you press one button on the remote and it turns off all interior lights except for stair leds and front security lights. and another which does similar for when going out at night.

Is this done through setting sceenes? What the maximum number of groups you can have in a sceene? Thanx

Scenes are definitely the best way to do this. How many groups you can have in a Scene depends upon which units you have in your installation and where and how you store the scene information.

The early Neo/Saturn/Reflection units could store 10 groups per Scene, later Neo, Saturn or Reflection units can store up to 40 groups in 1 Scene however the total amount of memory in the units remains the same - 40 groups for Scenes in that unit.

With the PAC or C-Touches you can have many, many more groups in the Scenes. You can then remote trigger these from just about any C-bus device.

I currently Have 31 groups. The sceenes need to control about 25 of these. the switches that will control the sceenes are DLT's. Are there any instructions that detail how this is done?

    Thanx
