I'm still finding Originating Unit randomness

    Hi Everybody,
One thing I have noticed in Toolkit (I'm running v1.1.9 but this has been common all along) is sometimes in the Application Log, I find that the Originating Unit is different when I use Toolkit to toggle a group on and off.
I'm connecting to my network via a CNI, which is unit 3. I presume that when I toggle a group on and off, I should see that unit 3 is the Originating Unit. But, I see anything BUT unit 3 in the column! Sometimes it's my Minder unit 2, sometimes it's my IR Transmitter plate (unit 61) which I thought could never "originate" a group change?? Sometimes it's some other random key input unit.
Very strange, it's not a critical thing, just interesting!
    Any thoughts or comments?
    Regards,
    Michael.

    Yep, here ya go....
I used Toolkit to toggle three groups on and off, how can a PC_IRT2 originate a group change?

Good question.. not sure.. would you be able to generate a C-Gate log of that behaviour and email it to me? That'd help nail the issue.

I can do it, but you might need to tell me exactly how...
C-Gate log, I still haven't worked my way around C-Gate2 yet, 'tis a little different from my usual C-Gate 1.5.3 command line interface...

Actually.. what might be easier is if you just fire up Toolkit, hit the buttons to cause the problem to occur then email me the "toolkit.ccl" file that you'll find in C:\Clipsal\CBusToolkit\ directory. This will contain the raw output from CGate that Toolkit appears to be interpreting incorrectly. You can email it to [email protected]

    Thanks!

NOTE : you need to shut down Toolkit first (after the problem occurs) to ensure the log file is up to date.

Every time I try to send my toolkit.ccl file to [email protected], it bounces back telling me it has a virus attached.
