Attempting to add a L5504RVF through a network scan with Toolkit 1.9.3 results in a L5504RVFC being detected instead...

These appear to have different unit types (RELDN4/RELDC4), and I received a unit type conflict when I setup the database with the correct unit type. Any suggestions as to what I'm missing here? Thanks.

    L5504rvf

I know this may sound simple, but have you physically checked the part number on the unit itself as it may have been ordered incorrect and is actually a 4 chan changeover.....

What is the type reported for the unit when you scan the network?

SeamlessAutomation: First thing I checked - it is physically a L5504RVF - the relays have only two terminals.

NickD: The unit type reported is: "RELDC4 - DIN Rail 4 Channel Changeover Voltage Free Relay", rather than "RELDN4 - DIN Rail 4 Channel Voltage Free Relay" as expected.

Serial 001001673341, if there exists any "magic" lookup tables.
