Installing new unit

    I have been using C-Bus for a while now and have never encountered this problem, it has always been a little tempromental at times but always pulls through. However now i have encountered a problem i cannot fix.

    I have connected a new device and have gone to install the new unit and i get no response. This had only ever happened when i coud not see the local network but i can view the local network and the device is present on it.

    An urgent response will be much appreciated.

    Thank you but the problem has just been established. It is the first time that we have had to use bridges and there was a network conflict through that, nothing to do with comm ports as first thought.
