Installing Toolkit 1.2?

    I notice that Toolkit 1.2.0 is available as a 'Full' (with Java) or 'Partial' (without Java) install.

    Am I correct in assuming that if Ver. 1.1.9 is already installed and working OK, that the Partial install is all that is required?
