IR blaster

Hi,

I need to use an IR blaster to completely flood a room with IR (3 IR controlled window blinds). Anyone ever used something they can recommend with CBUS IR providing the initial IR signal ?

I already am using CBUS IR but its with mouse emitters rather than a blaster.

Rather than blast the entire room you may have better success using an IR Extender and placing an emitter adjacent to each window blind.

Products such as the Logitech Harmony IR Extender System, GigaControl IR Extender or Powermid XL IR Remote Control Extender are all worth a look.

 

Thanks but the ir receiver is on a part of the blind that moves up and down about 1m so i imagine a fixed transmitter wouldnt work. Also getting wiring into the loft roof would be tricky.
