KFIs in DLTs

    Are the Key Function Indicators something that are programmed into the DLTs firmware or is it something that can be programmed through Toolkit?

    The reason I ask is a timer countdown display would be very handy as one of the KFI options rather than just an indication that the button is used as a timer and whether it is on or off. I know that the timer is on but for how much longer will it stay active is what I'd like to see.

    Also I've tried to find some documentation regarding these KFIs to no avail; I can work out what 'default', ' blank' & 'level' indicators do but is there anything special for 'next source', prev source' & ' source opt.' other than static displays for audio matrix switch display function?

    The Key Function Indicators are very basic. What you see is what you get. The functionality is coded into the DLT firmware and Toolkit only allows you to select between the few available options. KFI's have no configurable parameters.

    Hi,

    The KFI options are part of the firmware.

    The "source" related ones were intended for MRA... not much more to it than that.
