L5501RFCP causing network disruption

    i have had 2 x L5501RFCP fan controllers recently fail and cause network disruption to the Cubs network. I cannot use any switches on network when plugged in ( flashing lights on switches ) and can no longer use either. This was directly after adding a new power supply and PEIRL devices.

    I've had these units for a couple of years without a problem until now.

    Has anyone experienced similar?
