L5508D1A Cbus Dimmer seems to have completely hung / crashed

Could anyone please shed some light (pun intended)
I have a L5508D1A Cbus Dimmer
and today it has hung completely
The C-bus indicator and Unit indicator are fine
but all of the buttons are hung and no switches will turn anything on or off.
If any light are on they cannot be turned off
and if any are off they cannot be turned on.

I have tried resetting and reprogramming the unit.
Power cycling the Cbus network
no fuses are tripped.
and the Diagnostics seem acceptable.
could anyone shed any light if they have had similar experiences thanks

Certainly sounds like the unit has failed, which is not normal for a dimmer without there being a good reason,
Have you had a lightening in your area if yes then check your surge protection.
You could try down powering for a longer period to give the capacitors time to discharge and then try again and maybe try on the bench on a small network.
Give Tech support a call and ask about repair, or give Trevor from JEA Technologies a call 0404 887 463 he repairs touch screens not sure if he does dimmers.
