L5508D1AP 8 channel dimmer incorrect voltage status

    Hi, i have an 8 channel dimmer that periodically needs resetting because it freezes(ie the lights stay on and cant be switched off anymore without a reset). I was thinking that mean't the dimmer was faulty and then i read the volatge status page in the toolkit which stated 40.6 V in red. Is this a wiring problem or has the unit malfunctioned ? My other dimmers read 31.2v
