It sounds like you may be talking about the DLT rather than a scene controller.. the scene controller is big ugly thing with LEDs under a smoked plastic window and a cover that flips down, and isn't available in the Saturn range. The DLT is the 5 key unit with the LCD and supports Dynamic Labelling...

I assume you have the "All Off" key set as a scene key, and that you're trying to label that.. if so, you need to label the Action Selector that you have assigned to that scene in the DLT. (If you haven't assigned a Trigger Group and Action Selector for the scene you'll need to do that first in the DLT GUI). Once you have a Trigger Group and Action Selector assigned to the scene in the DLT itself then you label that Action Selector in the DLT Labels dialog in the same way that you labelled the other Lighting Group Addresses.

Let us know how you get on.

yes your right its the DLT
ok so i need to make an action selector first, and a trigger group.
so you do those when you bring up the dlt yes?
so i need to make those then make a scene then label thea ction selector.

Yep.. you just need to assign a trigger group to the DLT and an action selector to that scene, then label that action selector.

Let us know how you go.

OK.. assuming that you've already created your scene key and assigned A trigger group in the DLT they are stored in, and assigned an action selector to the scene in the DLT.

Open toolkit and open and scan the network.

Right click on the network in the tree view at the left, and select the "DLT Labels" option... you should see the "Dynamic Labelling Technology" dialog appear.

In the tree view at the left of this dialog, click on "Trigger Control". You should see the Trigger Group and Action Selector you have assigned to your scene appear in the right pane. This is where you can set your label.

When done, click the "Save" button, making sure that both the "Database" and "Network" boxes are checked.

You should now see the label on the scene key in your DLT.
