Lantronix Problems PLEASE HELP

    Hi guys

    Im having problems with Lantronix device installer
    i have used this program many times before without any problems, but i have just formated my laptop and have reinstalled the latest copy off the clipsal web site onto the computer with the .net framework version 1.1. And now everytime i attempt to open the program i get this error

    has anyone seen this error before i cant understand what might be causing it im thinking maybe a conflict with something else but i dont know.

    yeah dont worry guys we have sorted this out

    we installed com port redirector, and device installer just worked on all problem computers
