    Hello

I am a CBUS newbie and have got Wiser installed in my new home. The Wiser unit is all setup and I am able to access all the functions of the Wiser through my iPhone.
Now I would like to setup the wall-mounted LCD screen in the main living area to access the Wiser unit, so that all the icons and menus on the LCD screen mirror those on the Wiser. Is there a guide or thread that I can access to do this? I need step-by-step instructions please. I would be very grateful for any help.

    Cheers,
    Azeem

    Flash compatible?

    Hello

Does anyone know if the browser on the Clipsal Saturn touch screen is capable of running Adobe Flash? That may be one way of accessing the Wiser unit through the touch screen.

    Cheers,

The Colour C-Touch does not support Adobe Flash.

    Wiser on colour c-touch

All the Wiser brochures contain pictures of the Colour touch screen with Wiser displays. The brochure also states that the LCD screen can be used to access Wiser. Is there really no way to make that happen?

    Cheers,
    Azeem

You can make your Colour Touchscreen look like Wiser, but its not actually controlling the Wiser.

I looked through the Wiser brochures, and there is photos of a colour touchscreen with a wiser appearance, but all context underneath is in relation to scenes and schedules and not connecting and using wiser from the colour touchscreen.

You can download wiser themes and buttons from the clipsal website to give your touchscreen the wiser feel.

    Hi Azeem,

I have seen the brochure with the Wiser icons and as mentioned by earlier poster, these are available in PICED to use on CTC. I haven't seen it mention Wiser access anywhere?

It sounds like you have all the good gear, but onsite installation has not been finished by your installer. I would go back to him as first point of call and ask him to address your requirements. Depending on the original installation scope, this may be at no charge or he will bill you for configuring it to support your environment.

The colour touch screen is a far more configurable GUI environment than the widget based Wiser interface and can be embellished to a great degree providing many pages of useful control and content. It can act as your main house controller for schedules / scenes and depending on which actual model CTC you have MAY also provide internet web page access so you can put news / weather and other useful internet content on it. It is programmed with the PICED utility which is free to download at clipsal.com/cis

If your installer can't do it for you, send me a PM and I will find you a person who can do it in your area. Alternatively, look up Clipsal Point One on Google and it will give you a list of installers in your area.

    Good Luck,

    Brad
