Hi has anyone had any luck using non dimming led drivers on dimmers yet??
Is there anything available to put inline to turn them off instead of using a relay output.??

    Don't do it!

    G'day, regarding your question:
Why would you? Would you put a fluorescent load on a dimmer channel? No, why? because the dimmer is not designed to operate that type of load. What will happen if I do? It will not work as designed, or if it does work one of the items, fluoro or more likely dimmer will eventually fail.
Same goes for a non dimmable LED driver, it expects to have a straight, unadulterated SWITCHED only 240Vac. Anything else and you will be responsible for the resultant dead products, hopefully no fire.

It's fairly straight forward when you follow the instructions.

    Agree with Matthew.

I have had a strip fluoro running off a dimmer. It worked for a while but used to eat lamps. And when lamps failed the dimmer used to get stonkin' hot. I was lucky (and foolish).

Don't use non-dimmable products on dimmers. If it goes up in smoke the house insurance might not pay out if they found out the cause. Not worth the risk.

    Hello Chris1979
Since the thread was titled LED dimming I failed to take in the non dimming part.
The others are correct, just go and buy suitable fittings.
