I've just done a program to parse CBus MMI with a CNI (firmware ver 4.6.0), I have no problem with group addresss ON/OFF status, but not the level MMI status.

Got same result even when using CBus diagnostic utility : Can see the correct ON/OFF status for all the group addresses, but Level MMI shows none of the group address is presented.

Checked the actual message responded from CNI, can see all level status is "0000", which means "NOT AVAILABLE" according to the documentation.

Is it something to do with the dimmer installation?Or anything to do with the setup?

Just checked the firmware version of the dimmers, in "Unit Identification" page, the firmware version is "1.00",could it be the problem?

If the firmware is 1.00, can I upgrade it(in software way)?

firmware version 1.00 did not support level MMI.

No firmware upgrade is possible with these units; firmware 1.00 units are mask ROM devices.

if you have any more recent output units (fw 1.3.0 +) on your network, and are not using all the output groups in any of them, you could put the same addresses used in your fw1.00 units in the free blocks of the more recent units. This way, the level MMI will be populated and operation of your network will not be otherwise affected.
