Yep, looks like what normally goes wrong with em.
    No longer available from Clipsal.
    Equivalent from jaycar is
Mean well 5v 14amp open frame anout $60 bucks
Just splice it into the existing cables.
Make sure you adjust it up to 5.6volts and use all 4 plus and minus wires
    Regards Trevor

Can any one conform the pin voltages on pin 3/4 +vcc and pin 1,2 GND as they contradict labeling on power supply.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
Your looking at 2 different connections there..
The top picture is of the 4 pin connection from the ac/dc power pack to the extension cable. The lower picture is what is plugged into the touchscreen, this diagram should match the one on the back of the touchscreen.
The safest method would be to cut the cable off the ac/dc power pack, plug then connect the extension cable as well now you will have 4 wires, 2 each of plus and minus, use the diagram on the touchscreen to confirm the correct conductors at each end. Join the 2 plus together and the 2 minus together and then connectvto the new power supply.
And don't forget to turn up the voltage to 5.6 volts.

The unit powers up now, I had the new psu under voltage. But now the cbus network is not connecting. Is their something simple to look for?
I did read they have problems with bad caps on CTC mk1.
