    Guys,

We have an installation where there is 20 multisensors installed.
The problem is that some of them scans as multisensors while the majority think they are normal occupancy sensors. The project was originally created in the database and then downloaded to the network when this happened.
After loading the latest Toolkit and Piced S/W, we deleted the project, started from scratch and scanned the network first to see what the results would be. Still the same.
Also we picked up that the 6 that scans as multisensors have firmware1.9, while the rest which think they are PIR's have firmware 1.2.6.7 or something like that.

Any ideas how to rectify this?

    Thanks

Those which identify as firmware 1.2.67 are not multisensors, they are probably PIRs.

It sounds like what you have installed is not what you expected.

Anything that reports in the network view as firmware version 1.9.00 is definitely a Multisensor SENPILL. Anything that reports as firmware version 1.2.67 is definitely a standard PIR sensor, SENPIRIB most likely.

Can you remove one of the units that "thinks" it's a regular PIR and check what catalogue number is on the sticker?
