    hi folks ,
    Have just had a call ctouch sitting froze with initalising displayed on screen havent been working on this site for over 1 year anyone have any thoughts.

    I've had this problem in the past, sometimes after an interruption to the power.

    When the screen is stuck re-booting, disconnecting and reconnecting power to the screen usually fixes the problem - you just need to remove the C-Bus connector on the back for a minute or so and then reconnect it.

    As for WHY it happens...that's a good question I don't have an answer to :)
