Are you looking to turn these lights on and off in such a way that the lights are forced on/off or do you still want manual control of the individual lights?

I want to on/off multiple lights using a single c-bus button on the c-touch

The easiest way to control multiple circuits is to assign all the circuits to the same Group Address.

If you need to control multiple Group Addresses at once, use C-Bus Scenes.
