Matrix Switcher - How to upload file

    Is there a way to upload an existing MARPA file from the matrix switcher? I am working on an older project and need to upload a MARPA project file from the customers switcher. It is the old white switcher. Is this possible?
    The switcher is Version 2.x (blue/white case)

    Do you mean pull the file from the matrix switcher? If so then no, its not possible.. Can be a major headache causer!!
