Monochrome Touch Screen Not Responding..

hello all, need some help,

I have a monochrome touch screen, when I power it up it initializes fine. It then proceeds to the Clipsal CIS - (Press Next to Continue) screen. from this screen, when i touched it, it not responding.

i have try to re programmed the unit, but it still the same. i thounght i was a calibration problem, from the piced, i connect it to the unit, dan change it to calibration unit. but it also can't be calibrate..

seem like it a hardware probelm.. maybe the touch sensor or something like that.. can any one help me..

 

If it isn't a calibration problem, it is most likely a hardware problem. I would suggest swapping the unit for another one. Contact your supplier to do this.
