Multiple scenes with an occupancy sensor

Hi, I think I've come stuck on turning a concept into reality
The area / function is a lecture theatre with 4 different load / circuits.
We have several scenes eg all on, video, whiteboard and all off.
We have a neo switch to turn turn the scenes on.
We have one sensor (752 series) that we wish to turn any set scene off after the are is vacated.
I can't see how to use the one sensor to turn of any scene that is set. (without a logic engine)
Any thoughts / ideas?

Testing my memory, as i dont remember if this is possible in just a neo switch but set your scenes up using 1 trigger group address but with different action selectors.. Make your all off scene triggered by action selector 'off'..
