    Hi Guys
I have a client who has managed to disable all of the Multisensor PIR functions, and I can't get them back. The Multisensor's blue LED is on, the red LED functions, to indicate that the light level mode is operating (when activated), but the orange "movement" LED is not coming on at all. The Multisensor will react to a remote controll, triggering the groups that should be triggered by the movement, but no amount of fiddling with any of the setings can get the Multisensor to react to movement. When triggering the Multisensor with a remote controll, the orange LED comes on and flashes to indicate the timing function, but will not re-trigger with movement.
The client said that the Multisensors (16 of them!) all worked OK, untill he played around with the PICED software, and opened a number of the sample projects. After "playing" with the PICED software, all of his Multisensors were disabled for movement sensing, but worked in all other respects. He has some other PIR's on site, which were unaffected.
This one is a bit of a puzzle, so if anyone has any info, please help!!!
Maybe someone can tell me how to re-set the unit to absolute factory default?

Delete your old unit out the database, then create a new unit in the database with the same unit address as the unit on the network. Then save the programming for that unit from the database to the network. Cycle the power to the unit and that should get rid of any extraneous settings you may have.

It could also be that the adjusting screws on the unit have been twiddled. Try disabling both pots on the Global Tab. Make sure all Bank Switching options are deselected on the Bank Switch Tab. on the Occupancy tab you need Light+Movement assigned to virtual key 1 and Dark + Movement assigned to virtual key to.

Try assigning a group address to the PIR enable/disable group and toggling it on/off. You should see the blue LED go on/off at the same time. Try toggling that and checking for response.

Function 1 should be PIR Day Move and Function 2 should be PIR night move. Check these.

Make sure that you're using Toolkit 1.2.0 or newer. Some of the early ones had a few issues with Multisensors.

Other than that, it would be best to contact tech support to talk you through. Make sure you have the firmware version of the multisensors handy.
