    Hi Guys,

    Hopefully a simple one. Installed a basic system for a customer and he's asked to have the outside soffit lights flash when the house alarm is activated.

    System is made up of the following parts;

    1 x L5508D1A
    1 x L5512RVF
    1 x L5512RVFP

    input devices are a selection of Saturn 2 & 4 button switches and a couple of 5753L PIR's.

    Basically the existing alarm will close circuit a trigger when the alarm goes off and I need two outside soffits light circuits to flash independantly.

    What would I need to achieve this?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Kaine

    p.s. I'm hoping this can be done without ordering a 'special' clipsal part as sometimes it can take a long time to get these parts to the UK:)

    This would be easiest done with logic. You will need either a touch screen with logic or a PAC (Pascal Automation Controller).

    You will most likely need a bus coupler (5104BCL) or Aux Input module (L5504AUX) to feed the close circuit contact from the alarm into C-Bus..

    Then as Darren said use a bit of logic to flash the group..

    Cheers,

    It'd be kinda neat to fit some little orange lights on the left and right of the house that flash when you arm with the remote...

    You need it to go "bleep" as well :)
