    This is not possible currently......

Every once in a while this has been asked for so it may be possible in the near future.

Well.. actually it should be possible, but only if you have the latest version firmware in your NEO (V 1.6.00).

If this is the case, you can get the unit into LEARN mode, and then double-click any key twice to get into "revert to factory" mode (all LEDs flash together). Exiting learn mode in this state will result in 5035TX IR reciever enabled in the unit however any programming information you have in that unit (groups/scenes etc) will be lost.

If these instructions don't make any sense, then don't try it.

There is currently no way to disable the 5035TX IR, so be warned!!!

If you have a C-Touch or SceneMaster in the room, you will have to point very carefully to avoid interaction.

If you get into trouble, it's your own fault for listening to me :)

As Newman says, support for this feature is planned.

You check the firmware version in Toolkit. If its the version listed, or later, you are Ok.

If its earlier, then your switch is not able to support the 5035TX. The switches cannot have a firmware update loaded by a user, nor can they be returned for an update. The only method of getting a later version is to order a new one, and then hope that you don't get older stock - which is unlikely because the switches move pretty fast. That firmware version has been out fo several months.

Neo switches with firmware 1.6.00, 1.7.00 or 1.8.00 all support the 5035TX remote. 1.6.00 was released nearly 12 months ago so any old stock should have surely moved through warehouses by now.
