Neo Special Order Form - Is there a new one?

    Hello my friends.
    A customer of mine wanted to order grey switches but he didn't want the Brushed aluminium for the inner surround. "No problem" I told him. We got the Neo Special Form from http://www2.clipsal.com/cis/technical/product_groups/cbus/input_units/neo and I ordered one of E5084nl-111 for a full battleship grey switch and a E5084nl-444 for a soft grey switch.

    When the switches arrived I 've got a white Neo switch for the E5084nl-111 order code. Schneider claimed that the Special order form has changed and the 111 stands for the white switch. However they didn't gave me the new one. Do you Know where I can find it?

    PS. I also realized that there is not a battleship grey inner surround :eek:
