    Hi All,

Loaded new software and it doesn't work.

Try to run program and get the following message:

"This application has failed to start because SEE32.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

    Re-installing doesn't work.

Another colleague has also installed and has the same problems.

    Any advice???

    Mike.

Oops. I have taken the person responsible out the back and have given him a good thrashing :)

There is a relatively simple solution. If you have PICED installed somewhere, copy the file C:\Clipsal\PICED\see32.dll to C:\Clipsal\SchedulePlus\see32.dll

The same problem will exist for HomeGate :(

If you don't have PICED installed, then install it somewhere (it can be on any PC), and then follow the above.

We will fix this as soon as we can get an update organised.

As discussed on the release announcement, we recommend using HomeGate and Schedule Plus V4.6.1 unless you need the new features.

New versions of the HomeGate and Schedule Plus installers have been put on the CIS downloads site. They are exactly the same, but include the See32.DLL file.
