No Serial#

    G'day,
    I have a number of Key Inputs (C503xN) that don't have serial numbers. These show up as "Serial Mismatch".

    Can I fix this?
    Is it a problem?

    Older key units in the 503x family did not have built-in serial numbers when manufactured.

    This is normal, nothing to be concerned about.

    Toolkit will highlight it as being a mismatch (there is nothing to match, after all) but it won't stop you from doing anything.
