Old Colour T/s

    I have sent an email to the orginal email address for the CF Card replacement program about two weeks ago, but don't seem to have heard any thing from anyone on the replacement cards

    I have two different sites, one has had the t/s in for 3 years ****ting on the orginal screen and the other one has been in for about 1 1/2 and hasnt needed any further programming until now.

    Can any one help me in who to contact regarding this?

    I can send all details again to someone

    Call Clipsal Technical Support. They know/understand the procedure for CF card replacement.

    If you have a colour C-Touch that is only 1.5 years old then it probably has the updated CF card already. If, during the boot process, you see a blue box on the C-Touch Colour welcome page and it says P/N 3-04-1350-3, then you have the most recent operating system in your C-Touch and don't need to exchange the card.
