PAC inputs?

    Sorry but I can't find my PAC full manual
    What are the voltage inputs for?

    The 24V AC input is for when you're using the RS-232 port to talk to some other piece of equipment that doesn't support power over the DTR and RTS handshaking lines.

    The 12V DC input is for keeping the internal real time clock running across extended power outages. The unit can preserve it's set time and date functions for approximately 24 hours after a power failure. If you need these values to remain valid for longer than that then you'll need to connect an external 12V Battery Backup to keep the real time clock running.
