Hi all im having problems with a PAC signal over 2 bridges
I have pir's on one network and switches on another. both switch and sensor are on application 60 and were correctly working preiviously before a lower floorm network split. when i plug my computer into the backbone network 254 and connect to C-Bus through PICED all lighting works.

    anyone have any ideas
    Thanks

You haven't really supplied enough details for us to have any idea what your problem is.

Do you mean that you can control lighting from PICED, or that your PIRs and switches start working when you connect PICED ?

when i connect PICED to c-bus the lights will opperate via the corrisponding switches and pir's, it also works through PICED but as soon as i disconect PICED the sensors and switches do not work as intended

and you've uploaded to the PAC unit successfully? made sure your bridge is sending and receiving addresses correctly ?

I assume you are using logic to make the switches and PIRs control the lights. If this is the case, then connecting PICED could make a difference. I would suggest contacting Tech Support with more details of what you are trying to do. There is still not enough information in your reply for us to know what is happening.

In the meantime, have a read of http://www2.clipsal.com/cis/cis/__data/page/4129/C-Bus-Networks.pdf
