*** PICED 3.5 withdrawn temporarily ***

    CIS wish to advise that effective immediately PICED version 3.5 has been withdrawn due to a problem related to slider controls not working.

    This issue will affect Colour Touch screens that have been updated using Piced 3.5. We are currently testing workarounds for affected customers until an updated version of Piced can be made available.

    More information will be posted here when available.

    Users that have upgraded to Piced 3.5 are recommend to stay with 3.5.

    The problem identified with the slider in the CTC, HomeGate, S+ and PICED 3.5 is ONLKY when you try to click and drag the slider (it won't move). The workaround is to press the desired position of the slider directly and the slider will move to the chosen location.

    A re-release (most likely version 3.6) will be out next week.
