piced V4 labels

    What is the Tools - Labels window supposed to show ??
    What label text was last sent ??
    What the current labels are ??

    clicking on the Help of no use

    You are right, the help file could have been more helpful. The help topic linked from the form explains what the labels are, but not what you are seeing on the form.

    The labels form shows the currently selected label language at the top. Below that is a list of networks, applications and groups which have labels applied to them. The most recently received label for each group which has ever been labelled is shown.

    The label data is saved in the power failure recovery file so that the labels can be seen next time the software runs.

    There are additional details on the use of labels in the C-Bus Concepts help file. The intention was to minimise the amount of details regarding C-Bus applications in the main help file to reduce duplication.

    Tks for info - will try it on a real unit.

    makes my single gang = 6 scenes look terrific now as can show the user which scene select next.
