What I what to do is have Piced play the fan wave file when the fan is turned on but not play when its turned off.
If I used the button as an on/off it works
but if use the button as a timer it plays when turned on and off – if times out it does not play.
    Any Ideas ??

You could use the "execute" procedure in logic to play the wave file when the state changes.

Thought you would say that, but with 50 odd buttons it?s a lot of work
So they may have to live with it.
