I can not find the correct connection for the digital audio cables to run between the Matrix Switcher and the Amps.
Is it the same as C-Bus, Ethernet?

    Digital Audio Pinout

You will find the pinout here http://www.cbusforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1842 (search function is great sometimes!), basically any straight through cat5 UTP will be suitable.

Some partially useful info can also be found on page 16 of the installation guide here http://www2.clipsal.com/cis/__data/page/428/MultiRoomAudioSystem-Installation2.pdf.

It has been recommended to use green coloured cable purely to differentiate digital audio runs from cbus / network.

    Hope this helps!

    Still unsure -
Is it not important which pins are on a twisted pair?

    Hi Potemkin,

Only the 2 Data signals need to be twisted pair. The rest are low speed signals. Cat5 cable wired as per your standard computer LAN works fine.
