Using a Clipsal PIR I am wondering if a group can be enabled with this logic.
Think of a bathroom that has a light and a exhaust fan. Activating them both to turn on at the same time with the PIR is no problem.
However Is there a way to use a single PIR that activates the light instantly then after 10~30 seconds the fan automatically turns on ten turns off after a predetermined time without touching a wall switch?

    Just wondering.

The easier way to do it would be to have the PIR ramp a group address (or two) upwards, rather than turning it immediately on. To do this you need to replace the On Key microfunction on the Key Functions tab with Up Key or something similar. You can change the ramp rate by configuring the Ramp 1 rate for the PIR. Something like 20 seconds should be fine. Over in the relay unit UI (assuming the fan is on a relay unit), set a turn-on threshold for that channel to 100%. Over on the dimmer unit (assuming the light is on a dimmer), set the minimum brightness to 100%.

In this way, the group(s) will turn on as soon as the PIR detects motion at the minimum level and then ramp upwards over 20 seconds. Because the minimum brightness for the light is 100%, it will go straight to full brightness. Because the turn-on threshold for the relay channel is set to 100%, the relay will only activate the fan once the level of the group reaches 100%, which takes 20 seconds.

Once you get this working, you'll see that you can tweak the exact turn-on delay for the fan by adjusting the ramp rate in the PIR and/or the turn-on threshold in the relay.

Note that this will only work if the fan is connected to a relay channel, which is usually the case, as dimmers don't have turn-on thresholds.

    Thanks
I figured it could be done. It will automate the home much better :)
I will try soon once I wire & program the other switches.

    Thanks
