Pir switch off timer

    Hi guys ive tried and tried but cant seem to work out how to use my cbus enabled homesafe alarm panel to switch off lights when it dosnt detect movement for 15 mins.

    Ive just been trying to do this in one room but want to add this function to all bedrooms in the house. I want to be able to turn on and dim the lights up and down but after 15 min if the PIR in the room dosnt detect movement then it switches off the light. Im stuck and dont know if the alarm should be sending an off command or an on command to a group of trigger a timer. Obversely everytime it detects movement it should retrigger the timer to 15 mins but not turn on the lights if they are already off. Is this even possible?
