Please Need help

had the power go out today when it came back on my switch didn't work
i have a small pc as a touch srceen (running homegate) which connected to a cp inter face

what i did to try to fix problem
shut down home gate and opened toolkit tried to connect to net work it says its running But when i try to scan network it dosen't scan saying (cannot scan network please check yor connection to network)

in toolkit I also search for network =
port:com 4
Result : PCI Found
Project Name Failed to Identify


so i got a usb pc interface off my rep connected that to the network and tried to connect to the network that way, but the same thing happens

C-Gate
c-bus send error
unit sync failed


please help me

Sounds like there is no burden on the network.

Seeing as you can't scan through toolkit, put a Hardware burden in one of your output units, then try toolkit to scan the network.

 

Had a simmilar problem, with toolkit, re-installed toolkid seemed to do the trick
