    Hi,
Can I start by saying how much I like the Cbus range of products, their apperance and performance is excellent, and they offer a really good value alternantive to some of the more expensive solutions on the market.
Unfortunately I live in the UK and we just can't get hold of enough of the stuff!!
Common and popular parts are almost always out of stock across most of the supply chain in the UK, with the Clipsal/ Schneider warehouse only able to give a "it will be 100 days for delivery" answer when asked for lead times.

I don't wish this to sound like a hostile rant at the company I have spent much time and effort getting to know it's products, but please can you do something about this stocking situation. It seems you are strangling your own business.

If anyone else finds this situation frustrating can you please post something so we can perhaps make some waves in the right places.

PS I presume this is not the case in Australia?

    Poor product supply

Glad to see South Africa is/was not the only country with supply problems.Luckily our Clipsal South Africa team is very competent and can put up a good fight, so I'm sure the UK stock is installed on one of my sites:D .
Thanks Clipsal SA Riaan, Chris, Sammy and Keith:)

Just thought it might be worth mentioning that Clipsal are building new premises/manufacturing facilities here in the near future.

Hopefully this might make life a little easier for you once its all completed and commissioned.

(And when they say SA, they mean South Australia, not South Africa...)

    I dunno Peter,

I got lost on my way to Oodnadatta and dont have a map handy.

Perhaps you could peer down upon us mortals from your thrown upon high and let me know when you get the chance :p
(And if you're in a REALLY lazy mood, I'll let you get away with using Google Earth :p )
