    Hi all,

Working on a site at the moment which experienced two power outages recently of around 4-5 hours each time however we've now noticed that some DLTs are not doing what they were told.

Has anyone had any experience of this or any advice?

    Cheers guys,

    Pete

Can you be more specific about what you mean by "not doing what they're told"?

How are they configured? What are you expecting? What are you seeing?

    Cheers,

    Hi Nick,

Some of the DLTs appear to have lost their programming which was done through Toolkit. Also, some logic (via a PAC) is not functioning when buttons are pressed - none of the logic has been changed and worked flawlessly before re power outages.

Can you be more specific about what programming appears to have been lost?

Is it the key functions/group addresses? Is it the labels? Is it everything?

Maybe you can post screenshots from before (for example, from the database version of the unit's programming) and after (for example, from loading the unit's programming as loaded from the unit), so we can see what's changed.

Re the logic not working.. do you have anything like a colour touch or the diagnostic utility or toolkit's application log that you can use to view what is being transmitted from the DLT in response to the key presses that no longer work?
