Problem downloading c-touch project

    Hi Guys,

    I went to a customer to do some upgrades to a B&W CT I installed 12 months ago and just so I don't loose any settings I chose to download the project to my laptop as a new file. When I did this I noticed that all the page names had reverted back to Page 1, Page 2, Page 3, etc.

    Could anyone advise if this is a normal experience, or did I not select something correctly when downloading the project ?

    When extracting a B&W CTouch project PICED needs to "rebuild" the project using default names etc... This is becuase when the project is sent to the CTouch all extra information not strickly required for operation is stripped off of it. This is to reduce the size of the data.
