You will see a notice posted on the forum soon with details.

You may have problems due to using old versions of software though. The recent versions of PICED require you to use the latest ToolKit. This version of ToolKit comes with a version of C-Gate which is not guaranteed to work with the old (V3.9) version of HomeGate you are using.

PICED and ToolKit are free downloads from http://www2.clipsal.com/cis/technical/downloads

The latest versions of ToolKit and PICED are not compatible with your old version of HomeGate (V3.9). The simplest way of moving forward is to upgrade HomeGate. To do this you will need to purchase a dongle which plugs into the USB port of the computer running HomeGate. You will need to contact your local Clipsal representative about this.

If you want to stay with HomeGate V3.9, then you will need to keep a compatible version of ToolKit on the PC which runs HomeGate.

The new version of PICED should enable you to stop the C-Touch from resetting and update the firmware and project.

You still need to address the problem of why your C-Bus networks are going off-line. Upgrading software will not fix this. Add discussed previously, we will need logs files to work out what is going on.

I would suggest that with this many problems it would be best to get a qualified C-Bus installer to fix your site for you.
