    Hi,

I suddenly seem to be having a problem with scenes, stored in a B&W C-Touch, being triggered from external sources. I have Neo switches and a Minder on the network, triggering scenes, but for some reason this has stopped working.

Scenes triggered using the button on the C-Touch still work fine.

I also found that schedules in the C-Touch with enable groups set are no longer working, even when the enable group is set to on.

I have tried updating to the latest firmware versions. Also changed from using the ligthing application to trigger scenes to using scene triggers, still no luck.

    Thanks,

    George

It sounds like the touch screen is set up as a slave unit.

Go into the Project menu -> Project Details.

Click next until you get to the page marked options, and make sure "Master Unit" is ticked.

    Thanks Cramer,
That's sorted out my issues. The problem started when upgrading my PC to Windows Vista and the latest versions of Toolkit and PICED. Upgrading PICED and the firmware on the C-Touch introduced to new "Master Unit" feature which seems to have been set to off by default.

    ggerber,

Have you found any compatability issues with Vista?

    Cheers,

The Master Unit option was introduced in V3.7. It is set to be on by default. Creating a new project or loading an old version project has this option set automatically.

    Chris,

I only recently upgraded to Vista and have not found any compatibility problems yet. I will post any compatibility issues as and when they come up.

    Cheers,

    George
