    Using toolkit 1.6

Just fitted an 8 Channel Dimmer with a 8 gang Neo

After programming the scenes that I want ,I cannot change them manually from the 8 g Neo I press button 1 for scene 1.but for my next scene I have to press OFF KEY(button8) before selecting the next scene.

Can anyone help on this one

    thanks

What does your "off" button do?

Are you expecting the components of Scene 1 to be turned off when you activate Scene2 which perhaps has different components? That wont happen.

There's a bit of an intro to the concept of Scenes here, might be worth a read.

I'll try too be a bit more clearer,
    Button 1 = Scene 1
    Button 2 = Scene 2
    and so on
Button 8 is my all off button (4 groups on a scence set at zero %)

    Scene 1- 2 groups

    Scene 2 -3 groups

Scene 3 -has 4 groups etc

I cant change between the scene without pressing my all off buttont then i can select my next scene.

    thanks

So you have 4 groups that participate in 4 scenes.. but not all groups are present in all scenes.. Yet when you select each scene you're expecting all 4 groups to change levels.. some to OFF..

You're overcoming this by manually turning the 4 groups off using an OFF button (button 8).

If this ISNT the case then you need to more fully explain this statement:

What actually happens, you press the next Scene button and nothing changes? is it possible that the next Scene button set a scene that looks the same as the first scene but without some of the groups being off?

If my description IS correct then the solution is to include ALL groups in ALL scenes and set the relevant ones to OFF as part of the scene.
