Here's a gotcha to look out for...
We maintain a number of sites using single (5101R) and two channel (5102RVF) relays and came across this issue the other day.

Using Toolkit v1.12.5 to scan the network after adding a relay produced an error saying there are duplicate units and an unravel is required. OK, so unravel - once, twice, three times to no effect. Using Toolkit v1.12.1 on another PC results in the same behavior. Order a new unit - same result. Pulling hair out now after a third unit is tried, we rolled back to Toolkit v1.11.12 and all apparently faulty units are OK. It seems once these old units are scanned and addressed using older version of Toolkit, all is good as we can go back to programming with Toolkit 1.12.5

Hopefully this is a simple fix, as one site we look after has over 50 single channel relays used for analogue dimming. Firmware verion for all units was 1.0.0

Something to be aware of and hope it helps someone else out!

    Regards,

    Mark

That is concerning, thanks for reporting that issue Mark.

    Captured in our system (CG-1561).

    Hi Mr Mark,

I managed to find two relays (one 5101R and 5012RVF) with firmware 1.00 and did some tests with TK 1.12.5b669 (public release) but could not replicate the problem you had.

If you see this again, can you please turn on the level 9 C-Gate log and send the C-Gate event.log to us for analysing?

    Thanks.
