Are you saying that it is possible to turn off these groups manually (using a wall switch) but not from PICED?

    Hi Darren..

there is no wall switch used to this project..

were using a PC to Control the System

This project is a Arena.. theres a PC in the Control room to control all the lights...

We inspect the dimmers last night, and we find out that the problem is the Coil inside the dimmer we replace the coil to the channel that is not functioning
    and then it work again..

heres the picture of the coil

    Errr.. this is fairly serious..

    1) what was wrong with the coil?

    2) what did you replace it with?

The "coil" is a crucial part of the dimmer. If you replace it with something different then at best the dimmer might not be EMC compliant, but at worst it could be a safety risk.

If you just need to get the lights on, then you can use the bypass switch on the card. I would suggest you do this rather than modify the coil.
